DAVIS 55, LAYTON 53: Davis overcame an early double-digit deficit to eke out the win. Jesse Wade had a hot hand for the Darts and finished with 32 points.

WEBER 73, NORTHRIDGE 63: Grant Ellison sank five 3-pointers on the way to a game-high 31 points to boost the Warriors over Northridge. Jrue Perkins scored 24 points for the Knights in the loss.

VIEWMONT 62, SYRACUSE 41: Viewmont broke the game open in the second quarter and cruised to the win. Austin Johnson paced the Vikings with 25 points.


HILLCREST 62, GRANGER 52: Hillcrest gained its lead in the second and third quarters and held on for the win on Senior Night. Tanner Thompson led the Huskies with 18 points as they clinched the third seed in Region 2.

WEST 87, COTTONWOOD 83 (OT): Senior twins Dallyn Kenner and Riley Kenner scored 31 points and 19 points, respectively, while combining for 10 3-pointers to lead the Panthers in the overtime victory on Senior Night.

HUNTER 60, TAYLORSVILLE 50: Noah Togiai led Hunter to the region win with 22 points while Mckay Meidlinger and Lorenzo Fauatea combined for another 26 for the Wolverines.


BRIGHTON 70, WEST JORDAN 66: The Jaguars comeback attempt fell short as Brighton picked up the win.

BINGHAM 65, ALTA 63 (OT): In a close game throughout, Bingham edged the Hawks in overtime to get the win. Three Miners players finished in double figures, led by Yoeli Childs 19 points.

COPPER HILLS 57, JORDAN 49: Porter Hawkins, Stockton Shorts, and Preston Sanchez each reached double figures for the Grizzlies as Copper Hills rebounded from a slow second quarter for the win.


AMERICAN FORK 67, RIVERTON 57: Spencer Johnson finished two assists shy of a triple-double. In addition to his eight assists, he had 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead American Fork to the win.

PLEASANT GROVE 78, LONE PEAK 71: Pleasant Grove picked up the huge road win over the Knights to clinch a playoff berth. The Vikings moved the ball well and knocked down eight 3s to get the win. Riley Court led PG with 24 points and Daniel Diehl had 19.

HERRIMAN 75, LEHI 72: Trailing by two entering the fourth quarter, Herriman overtook Lehi for the win. David Maynard led the winners with 29 points.


SKY VIEW 86, OGDEN 52: Sky View got off to a quick start to move to 6-5 in Region 5. Riley Panter led the way with 26 points for the Tigers.

LOGAN 53, MOUNTAIN CREST 37: Tyler Brimhall drained four 3-pointers on his way to 20 points as the Grizzlies wrapped up the Region 5 crown.

ROY 58, BOX ELDER 55 (OT): After surrendering a 15-point lead in the fourth quarter, Roy came way with the overtime win. Three Royals finished in double figures, led by Dakota Nalders 18 points.


KEARNS 74, HIGHLAND 73: Kearns eked out the nail-biter. Bushmen Ebet led the way with 21 points.

JUDGE MEMORIAL 56, CYPRUS 52: Judge Memorial picked up the road win vs the Pirates behind Ayden Auers 18 points.

BOUNTIFUL 62, CLEARFIELD 38: Jeff Pollard, Zac Seljaas, and Jake Lasalle each scored in double figures to lead the Braves in the easy home win.

WOODS CROSS 60, EAST 56: Four different players reached double figures for the Wildcats, led by Josh Cowleys 17 points and five 3-pointers. Mark Jackson totaled a game-high 25 points for East in the loss.


OLYMPUS 55, MURRAY 54: Isaac Monson had a game-winning put-back with 3.5 seconds as Olympus rallied from a 13 point deficit to steal the win.

OREM 63, MOUNTAIN VIEW 53: Trailing by five after the first quarter, Orem controlled the final three frames to get the win.

TIMPANOGOS 64, CORNER CANYON 32: The Timberwolves outdid Corner Canyon by 32 points in the second and fourth quarters en route to the easy region win. Timpanogos was led by Josh Allphin, who had a game-best 15 points.


EMERY 86, GRAND 69: Emery used a strong second half to get the win, which secured the top seed in Region 15.


PANGUITCH 62, VALLEY 47: Panguitch picked up the huge home win over Valley with a combined 50 points from Trey Barney and Dason Houston.

BRYCE VALLEY 81, MILFORD 62: Bryce Valley dominated the first and third quarters and the Mustangs made a whopping 13 3-pointers en route to the win. Landyn Brinkerhoff led the way with 30 points in the win while Jordan Hardy of Milford led all scorers with 36 points.

PIUTE 84, DIAMOND RANCH 67: Tanner Gleave and Mason Morgan combined to score 43 points while Logan Steed and JJ Ramos added another 34 to lead Piute in the home victory. Jesse Jaffe scored 23 and hit four 3s to lead the Diamond Backs in the loss.

WAYNE 80, ESCALANTE 43: Regan Brian led the Badgers with 17 points, nine rebounds, eight assists, and four steals as Wayne rolled in the region victory. RayJay Knight led all scorers with 24 points in the loss.


IGNACIO, COLO. 45, MONTICELLO 32: Ignacio built a lead in the second and third quarters and cruised to the win.

DUGWAY 74, WEST RIDGE ACADEMY 47: Dugway had a 25-point lead at halftime and cruised to the win. Tyrel Bear led the charge with 27 points.

UNION 71, MORGAN 63: Union held a 10-point lead at halftime and sustained the edge for the win. Brady Nielsen and Ty Winterton combined for 47 points to lead the Cougars.

MOUNTAIN VIEW 54, HIGHLAND 49: The Bruins earned a first-round playoff win behind the offensive effort of Paulani Tarawa (12), Stephanie Keele (12) and Tiffany Peterson (10). Highland was led by Lea Havili, who scored 18 points.

SALEM HILLS 43, ROY 34: The Region 8 champion Skyhawks earned a win behind the offensive effort of Tiffany Madson (11), Jane Nelson (11), and Lauren Gustin (10). Roy was led by Shelby Harveys 15 points.

SKY VIEW 63, SPRINGVILLE 53: Lindsey Jensen led the Bobcats to a win in their first round playoff game with 32 points. The win means top-ranked Sky View stays unbeaten while eliminating last years 4A champion from the state tournament. Savannah Sumsion led the Red Devils with 16 points.

MURRAY 49, CLEARFIELD 46: Deja Frenchwood and Mickaela Rueckert led the Spartans past the Falcons with 12 points each.

MAPLE MOUNTAIN 55, BONNEVILLE 44: Junior Liz Eaton led Maple Mountain to a first-round playoff win with 23 points. Shayla Simpson led the Lakers with 15 points.

BOUNTIFUL 59, OLYMPUS 47: Kennedy Redding led the Braves with 22 points while Jaimee Stahle added 13 points in the first-round playoff win. Katie Warren led the Titans with 17 points in the loss.

SKYLINE 42, JUDGE MEMORIAL 37 (OT): Clutch free throw shooting helped the Eagles to avoid an upset in the first round of the 4A state tournament. Kyla Paulus hit all four of her free throws in the overtime while the defense held the Bulldogs in check. Hillary Weixler led the Eagles offense with 18 points. Rachel Shubella led Judge with 16 points, including four 3-pointers.

TIMPVIEW 35, LOGAN 22: Lyndie Haddock led the T-Birds to a first-round win with 20 points. Her sister Lacy Haddock finished with 8 points and 15 rebounds.


LAYTON CHRISTIAN 48, PROVIDENCE HALL 33: Twelve different players played at least 15 minutes for Layton Christian, which was led by Heather Martin-Chan (15 points) and Miyalla Tarver (12 points).

GRANTSVILLE 58, BEN LOMOND 34: Grantsville broke the game open in the third quarter and cruised to the win to advance to the playoffs, where it will open against Juan Diego on Saturday. Abby Butler led the Cowboys with 18 points.

UINTAH 55, PARK CITY 32: Uintah dominated the second half to get the big win. Mallory Peterson led the way with 17 points.
