Questar announces executive promotions

SALT LAKE CITY — Questar Corp. has announced executive promotions in two of its subsidiaries and its corporate group.

Brady B. Rasmussen will assume the duties of executive vice president and chief operating officer of Wexpro, Questar’s natural gas development and production arm, effective July 1. Rasmussen will replace James R. Livsey, who has announced his intention to retire.

Currently vice president of administration for Wexpro, Rasmussen has been with the company for 20 years in various accounting, supervisory and management positions.

Effective immediately, Thomas C. Jepperson will assume new duties as COO of Questar Corp. Jepperson, in 26 years at Questar, has served as general counsel and corporate secretary, and has held leadership positions in the areas of compliance, environmental health and safety, and human relations. Rasmussen will report to Jepperson.

Effective March 1, Colleen Larkin Bell, currently vice president and assistant general counsel, will take the post of vice president and general counsel of Questar Corp. Bell, who has worked 25 years in Questar's legal department, will report directly to Ron Jibson, Questar chairman, president and CEO.

Questar also has announced the promotion of Vaughn Shosted to vice president of operations at Questar Gas Co. Shosted has 40 years of experience in various operations and managerial positions within Questar Gas. Shosted will report to Craig Wagstaff, executive vice president and COO of Questar Gas.
