Northern Utah enjoying record-setting warm temperatures

SALT LAKE CITY — Northern Utah has seen record-breaking high temperatures in recent days, and that's not the only thing setting records.

"Not only are we setting high temperature records, but in the mornings we're setting maximum low temperatures records which is pretty impressive," KSL meteorologist Dan Guthrie said.

Cooler temperatures are on their way mid-week, but those cooler temperatures will still be 10 degrees above the average, Guthrie said.

"By the time we hit Thursday, we could see temperatures warming right back up into the 60s," he said.
