SALT LAKE CITY — The results are in and two Utah cities are sitting pretty as places to get a good job and buy a home you can afford.
Real Estate website Zillow paired job and wage growth with housing costs in the first quarter of 2015, with good economies and affordable homes sitting in what they call the sweet spot. Although not quite in the sweet spot, an interactive Wall Street Journal graphic shows Salt Lake City and Provo as coming pretty darn close.
Salt Lake boasted annual weekly income growth of 2.2 percent in the first quarter of 2015, where Provo saw 4.0 percent weekly income growth.
