Satire keeps us sane

In past years, I enjoyed reading and listening to Mark Russell, who sang, wrote and played the piano, all the while doing satire on the events of the day.

Now we have Jay Evensen, whose Monday column, "On Second Thought," is doing a satire of his own. His humor on public and private events of the day keeps us laughing.
