I worry that so much of the controversy over Chief Chris Burbank resigning and Mayor Ralph Becker’s future in politics are overshadowing the core of this issue: sexual harassment. Leaders at every level need to do everything possible as quickly as possible to make sure this is not an issue for women or men in the workplace.
