I feel like I tell all my children this at every major holiday, but it’s important to not just be nice to people or remember a special message just on one specific calendar day. Father’s Day, for instance, shouldn’t mean people only remember their dads on one day in June each year. Fathers deserve the attention and support of their family members on every other calendar day as well.
