The Council of the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints released a letter to LDS leaders in the United States and Canada on Tuesday about the U.S. Supreme Court same-sex marriage decision.
The letter is to be read to all adults, young men and young women during church meetings on either July 5 or July 12 in a setting other than sacrament meeting, according to the Mormon Newsroom.
