Get ready for the rematch.
The University of Utah announced Thursday the Utes men's basketball team will play Duke at Madison Square Garden on Dec. 19. The teams matched up in the Sweet 16 this past season, with Duke knocking out Utah with a 63-57 win.
The Blue Devils went on to win the national championship.
The rematch will be shown on either ESPN or ESPN 2, according to a news release.
"We think it will be a terrific opportunity and test before we start conference play less than two weeks later,” Utah coach Larry Krystkowiak said in the release. "This will be a marquee preseason game and the national exposure for our program will be invaluable."
Utah is 1-3 all-time against Duke. The Utes aren't the only Utah school on the Blue Devils' upcoming schedule. Duke announced last month it will play Utah State on Nov. 29.
