60 years at a time

So according to a recent article (“Lawmaker says ‘political will’ is to move prison to Salt Lake City,” June 3), Draper’s Mayor Troy Walker thinks the prison should be moved every 60 years. Great: just keep those four current potential sites available so every 60 years the prison can be relocated.
