Keep it central

I haven't studied all the details on the prison relocation, but it seems it should stay central to the largest offending population areas of Utah, even if it reduces the potential acreage for home and business development from which Salt Lake County can acquire property taxes, which seems to be the objective for relocation. Keeping the prison at Point of the Mountain or within Salt Lake County seems feasible, especially if Salt Lake City does as San Diego did — build a windowless high-rise prison downtown. Works for them!
