An unnamed pizza restaurant wants you to know that their slices of pizza are as big as newborns, which are roughly 20 inches long.

You can see a picture of the restaurant in the image below, which was first published on Reddit and Imgur this week.

The image is a reminder for parents to keep an eye on their newborn’s size. Though the weight of newborns varies, most full term babies are born between 6 and 9 pounds, according to The American Pregnancy Association. Babies will sometimes gain weight after birth, but most will return to their birth weight after 10 to 14 days, according to the APA.

Parents are encouraged to keep an eye on their child’s weight because too much weight loss or gain after birth may mean the child has undiagnosed medical issues, the APA explained.

If parents don’t have a scale to measure their newborn’s weight, the APA suggests parents monitor how many wet and dirty diapers the child has per day, how satisfied the child is after eating and if the child appears overly sleepy during the day.

“Don’t hesitate to ask your health care provider about any concerns you have regarding your baby’s weight gain,” according to the APA.
