Thirteen-year-old singing sensation Lexi Walker performed that national anthem in June before a San Diego Padres game. Then dancing violinist Lindsey Stirling played the national anthem at an Arizona Diamondbacks game in August. And now there are a few more musicians to add to the list of people with Utah ties who have performed the song this summer.
The male trio Gentri posted a video Monday of the group's performance of the national anthem at the San Diego Padres game last month.
"Paying tribute to our great nation at the San Diego Padres vs. San Francisco Giants game last night," the group posted to its Facebook page on July 21. "And, yes, as a tribute to 'America's pastime,' we all ordered a hot dog."
Gentri's self-titled album, released in March, reached No. 2 on Billboard’s Classical Chart and Classical Crossover Chart, according the group's website.
The three tenors are from Utah.
