A few weeks ago, a book I wanted was available at the Main and Chapman libraries. I decided to venture to Chapman since I had never been. I try to keep my eco footprint small so I took the bus to the main UTA terminal on 400 West and walked to Chapman on 900 West. It is a cool old library; check it out if you have never been. It was hot so I decided to take the bus back. I was shocked to find no bus schedules for west side buses were available at the library — only east side bus schedules. So I went out and waited for a bus to take me back to the main terminal.

The other day I was at the Main Library and less than one-third of the bus schedule slots had schedules in them! What’s the deal UTA? It’s your job to keep those slots full. I read how ridership has dropped. You expect people to want to ride the bus when you can’t even keep schedules available? I thought about calling UTA but hope my letter will have more of an impact.
