PARK CITY — The Park City School Board has placed a bond issue on the ballot for November's election. The bond would fund several projects if it passes. The board unanimously adopted the proposition for a bond of $56 million for construction and improvement of facilities, to be voted on Nov. 3. The district will also use $10,306,336 for the projects.

Proposed work includes: Park City High School expansion and gymnasium remodel, $27,500,000; new 5/6 school at Ecker Hill Middle School campus, $24,800,000; McPolin Elementary School student safety improvements, $1,400,000; Treasure Mountain Junior High demolition, $606,336; and athletic facilities improvements, $12,000,000.

In addition, the board agreed to add specific language in the resolution that includes a commitment toward community partnerships to explore transportation solutions for student safety.
