Zachary Felt has his photo taken during West Valley City's National Night Out Against Crime celebration Monday, Aug. 31, 2015, at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center. The event was hosted by the West Valley City police and fire departments, along with the Neighborhood Watch program. It included emergency vehicles on display, a karate demonstration, free food and face painting for kids. Missing child identification kits were also handed out. America's Night Out Against Crime was a program founded in 1984 in part to help communities across the country "give crime a going away party," organizers said.
