FARMINGTON — The Davis County Fair is slated to be held Aug. 12-15. The fair will feature a demolition derby and rodeo, as well as games, prizes and exhibits. This year's theme is "Welcome to the Jungle" and will feature elephant rides as well as tiger and reptile shows.

The fair is on the grounds at the Legacy Events Center, 151 S. 1100 West. More information and schedule are available at daviscountyutah.gov.

Admission is free for all events except the demolition derby and PRCA Rodeo.

The demolition derby is 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12. Tickets are $15 per person when bought in advance, and $20 when purchased at the door. Children 3 and under are free, but must sit on a lap. Doors open at 7 p.m. The PRCA Rodeo will be Friday and Saturday, Aug. 14-15, 7:30 p.m. each night. Prices are $12 presale or $15 on the night of the event. Children 3 and under are free and must sit on a lap.
