A member of the rock band O.A.R. teamed up with Coca-Cola and singers Breanna Bogucki, who has autism, and Madison Tevlin, who has Down syndrome, to make a music video supporting the Special Olympics.

The video was posted in June in anticipation of the Special Olympics in Los Angeles on July 25. The event involved 6,500 athletes from 165 nations, according to the Special Olympics website.

Marc Roberge, of O.A.R., said he wrote the theme song, "Reach Up," with Bogucki and Tevlin in mind, and he hoped it would inspire others, according to the description below the YouTube video.

When asked what she wants others to take away from the song, Bogucki told Coca-Cola, “Don’t let anyone tell you can’t do something, and don’t let anyone judge you. Reach up, and show everyone you can do it.”
