Cold Turkey Run (Salt Lake City)

This includes the Millcreek 5K and City Creek 6K, both of which start at 9 a.m., and the kids 1K, which starts at 8:30 a.m.

- The Millcreek 5K starts at Olympus Hills Shopping Center.

- The City Creek 6K starts at the Capitol building.

- Registration costs $30 for adults, and $15 for the kids 1K.

Cottonwood Heights Thanksgiving Day 5k (Cottonwood Heights)

- Races include a 5K and a kids 5K (ages 11 years old and younger), with both races starting at 9 a.m.

- Races start at the Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center.

- Registration is $35 for adults, $20 for youth.

Earn Your Turkey Run (Orem)

- Races include a 4-mile run, which starts at 8 a.m., 2-mile health walk, which starts at 8:20 a.m., and various kids races, which start at 9 a.m.

- Races start at the Orem Fitness Center.

- Turkeys are awarded to all division winners in all races, and pies to all 2nd place division winners.

Lynden Legacy Turkey Trot (Midway)

- Race starts at 9 a.m. at Midway Town Hall.

- Registration is $5, but increases to $10 the day of the race.

- Strollers, bikes, and scooters are welcome.

Pilgrim 5K at Thanksgiving Point

- Race starts at 8 a.m. at the Ashton Gardens Visitor’s Center

- Registration is $40 before the day of, and $45 the day of.

- Prizes for best costume, best couple, best group and most original.

South Davis Thanksgiving Day Races (Bountiful)

- Races include the Turkey 10K and Family 5K run, which start at 8 a.m., and the Gobbler 1K run, which starts at 8:45 a.m.

- All races start at the Bountiful Junior High gym.

- Race day registration is available: 10K — $50, 5K — $40, and 1K — $20.

Thankful 13 Half Marathon, 5K, and Fun Run (Lehi)

- Half marathion starts at 8 a.m., 5K starts at 8:30 a.m., and the kids run starts at 11 a.m.

- Races start at Mountainland Applied Technology Center.

- Registration is $68 until Nov. 22, and $73 on Nov. 23 (expo registration only).

- No day of registrations.

The St. George Gobbler Run (St. George)

- The 1k kids run starts at 8 a.m., 5k starts at 8:20 a.m., and 10k starts at 8:15 a.m.

- Races will start at the Confluence Trailhead, near the Dixie Center.

- Registration is $15 for the kids run, $31 for the 5K, and $34 for the 10K.

8th Annual Turkey Leg 5K (Farmington)

- Races include a 5K run/walk, which starts at 9 a.m., and a kids 1K, which starts at 10 a.m.

- Races start at Heritage Park.

- The event will be collecting cans for a local food bank the day of the race.

Utah Human Race (Draper)

- The 5K starts at 8 a.m., and the 10K starts at 7:30 a.m.

- Registration for the 5K is $20. The 10K is $25 before midnight on Nov. 22.

- There will be a $10 price increase on Nov. 23 during packet pick-up.
