HOLLADAY — City officials and the Utah Department of Transportation are inviting residents to attend an open house on proposed safety and traffic improvements at four intersections on Highland Drive and two intersections on 6200 South.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at Holladay City Hall, 4580 S. 2300 East.

The improvements along Highland Drive would include left turn lanes at Spring Lane, Walker Lane, Lakewood Drive and Fardown Avenue. Potential improvements along 6200 South include dual left turn lanes at Holladay Boulevard and 2300 East, and a roundabout.

Once plans are finalized, design will take place during the spring, with construction scheduled to begin as early as fall 2017.
