WOODS CROSS — The police department will begin holding monthly meetings with the residents to address crime and other issues in the community.

The first meting will be held on Thursday, Nov. 17, 5:30-6:30 p.m., at the Woods Cross City Hall, 1555 S. 800 West.

The informal meetings are designed to inform residents about the goings-on in their neighborhoods, offer tips on safety and provide residents with community outreach ideas.
