Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry regularly manages to leave admirers in awe with the way he's able to score.
On Tuesday night, one person who couldn't help but give props to Curry was New Orleans Pelicans assistant head coach Darren Erman. During the game, Curry hit a tough 3-pointer, and then reached out his hand for Erman to high-five.
Erman did so, a moment that was captured by Warriors beat writer Anthony Slater of the San Jose Mercury News.
Steph just hit an impossible fadeaway from the wing and got a high-five from a Pelicans coach lol https://t.co/NtnTEjnwqL— Anthony Slater (@anthonyVslater) December 14, 2016
Erman, who formerly worked as an assistant coach for Golden State, received criticism on Twitter for praising Curry.
Not a great look here for former Warriors assistant Darren Erman. https://t.co/kv1qFQkS71— Connor Letourneau (@Con_Chron) December 14, 2016
After the game, Slater shared comments from Curry about the high-five.
