Correct Answer: A. At about 6:50 p.m. on Aug. 11, 1993, a category F3 tornado with winds between 136 and 165 mph touched down near Chepeta Lake, roughly 25 miles north of Roosevelt in the Ashley National Forest of the Uinta Mountains.
