MOAB — Colin Ferriman, an archaeologist with Cultural Resources Analysts, will present findings from a study of the archaeology and cultural landscape of the Big Flat area at 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 19.

The presentation will take place in the Moab Information Center, located at the corner of Main and Center streets.

This research was conducted as mitigation for a right-of-way project. The data gathered from individual sites and artifacts provide clues that help create a picture of how prehistoric people lived and traveled through the region. The presentation will summarize the project, the prehistory of the region and the results of the research. All are welcome.
