BOUNTIFUL —The Davis County Health Department is offering a free six-week workshop titled “Living Well With Diabetes,” beginning Tuesday, March 29, at Wade Family Medicine, 557 W. 2600 South in Bountiful.

During the classes, which start at 6 p.m., participants will learn a variety of tools to manage diabetes such as: how to prevent high and low blood sugar; ways to deal with pain and fatigue; formulas for a healthy eating plan, including how to plan low-fat meals; relaxation techniques and how to handle difficult emotions; foot care; and working with your health care team.
