CAMP WILLIAMS — The Utah National Guard's 65th Field Artillery Battalion will conduct artillery-training exercises at Camp Williams Friday through Sunday, March 18-20.

The live-fire schedule will be as follows: Friday between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Sunday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Those expected to be most affected by the training exercises are residents of Bluffdale, Riverton, Herriman, Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs and Lehi.

The training on the 155mm Howitzer is important because of its significance in the certification/validation process for the soldiers to remain current. Artillery exercises are not open to the public.
