WILLARD, Box Elder County — Bridge work is scheduled on the I-15 bridge at Exit 357 in Willard March 10 through 16.

The northbound on-ramp will remain open during construction activities, and the southbound on-ramp will be closed intermittently. Motorists should use U.S. 89 at Hot Springs (Exit 352) or at US-91 (Exit 362) to southbound Main Street in Brigham City/Perry, as an alternate route.

Bridge work is also scheduled Monday, March 7, through Thursday, March 10, for the I-15 bridge approximately 1.5 miles west of Perry. During this work, 2950 South will be closed to traffic.

Flaggers will be onsite to direct traffic with possible wait times up to 15 minutes, and day and nighttime activities are expected in the area.

In addition, crews will be taking roadway core samples on Monday, March 7, on I-15 from Honeyville to Elwood in the outside northbound lane. Then on Tuesday, March 8, noon to 4 p.m., crews will take core samples from Elwood to Honeyville on the outside southbound lane of I-15. Crews will also be taking core samples from southbound I-84 beginning at Bothwell to where I-84 joins I-15 southbound in Elwood. That work will take place on Tuesday, March. 8.
