When Jenny Oaks Baker plays the violin, she says she feels God’s love, and in her latest music video, she plays a song about drawing closer to God.

A YouTube video released Friday features Baker’s violin cover of “Nearer, My God, to Thee.”

The song is part of Baker’s new album, "Awakening." The album has 10 tracks, including “Amazing Grace,” “I Know That My Redeemer Lives,” “Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing” and “Abide with Me.”

According to a Facebook post from Baker, the album is her “most epic and emotional album yet.” The album is available for purchase through Amazon, iTunes or Deseret Book.

Baker is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

“God has given me a gift to play sacred music,” she told the Deseret News in 2014. “I can feel God’s love as I play, and I know it gets portrayed through my music.”
