The next installment of the BYU-Utah football series has a start time and broadcast information.
The Cougars and Utes will play in primetime at 5:30 p.m. MDT on Sept. 10 at Rice-Eccles Stadium, with the game televised on FOX, the Pac-12 announced Wednesday.
BYU and Utah have not played during the past two regular seasons, but the teams have games lined up for the next five years, through 2020. The Cougars and Utes faced each other in the 2015 Las Vegas Bowl, with Utah winning 35-28.
The BYU-Utah game is one of several involving Pac-12 and/or local teams that now have start times and television information.
These games include:
— BYU's season opener against Arizona at University of Phoenix Stadium will start at 8:30 p.m. and be televised on Fox Sports 1
— Utah State's road opener at USC on Sept. 10 will start at noon (Pac-12 Networks)
— Utah will host Southern Utah at 6 p.m. on Sept. 1 (Pac-12 Networks)
— The Utes will play at San Jose State on Sept. 17 at 8:30 p.m. (CBS Sports Network)
— The Utes will host USC at 7 p.m. on Sept. 23 (Fox Sports 1)
— Utah will play at Arizona State on Nov. 10 at 7:30 p.m. (Fox Sports 1)
Of note: With Wednesday's Pac-12 announcement, there are now five Utah games with start times.
