BYU men's basketball hires Erick Schork as strength and conditioning coach

The BYU men's basketball program announced Wednesday the hiring of Erick Schork as its new strength and conditioning coach.

Schork goes to Provo after nine seasons at Saint Louis University where he started as the strength and conditioning coach for the men's and women's basketball teams and eventually became the assistant director of athletics for sports performance.

In these roles, Schork worked with former University of Utah men's basketball coach Rick Majerus.

Schork has also worked in the NFL and NHL.
