FRUIT HEIGHTS — The city will shut off its culinary water system at 10 p.m. on Monday, June 27, until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28, to allow crews to tie the newly installed water main on South Mountain Road into the existing culinary water system and finish six remaining connections.

The city encourages residents to have adequate culinary water storage on hand in they need it during the night. Residents who live in the area of 350 S. Mountain Road should also expect to hear construction work throughout the night. There will be times when the noise could be loud as heavy equipment will used to complete six culinary water line tie-ins.
