ST. GEORGE — Dixie State director of intercollegiate athletics Jason Boothe announced Monday that the contract of head women's soccer coach Kacey Bingham will not be renewed. Bingham led the Trailblazers to a 51-33-3 overall record during her five-year tenure at the university.
"We appreciate everything Kacey has done for our women’s soccer program and wish her luck in her future endeavors,” Boothe said.
Bingham, who was just the second coach in the program's NCAA-era, guided Dixie State to a 12-6-0 record in 2017, which included an 8-5-0 mark (tied for sixth) in Pacific West Conference play.
Boothe added that a national search to hire the next coach will begin immediately.
