Glassdoor released its Employees’ Choice Awards on Wednesday, which includes its report of the 100 best places to work in 2018, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints ranked No. 19 on the list for the second year in a row. The ranking marks the church’s third consecutive appearance on the list and is based on 533 reviews by the church’s employees on Glassdoor.

The LDS Church’s employees ranked their place of work as a 4.5. In its rankings, Glassdoor includes a couple of quotes for each company that represent the sentiments gathered in their research. The comments for the LDS Church? “Great benefits and excellent family values” and “Excellent Dental and Medical coverage. You work with people who don’t swear.”

33 reviews also mention good work-life balance as a reason they enjoy working for the church while its cons include the dress code for church employees, which was updated earlier this year.

“Reviews include employees’ opinions on some of the best reasons to work for their employer, any downsides, advice to management, and whether they’d recommend their employer to a friend,” Business Insider reported, adding that employees also rated how satisfied they are with their “employer overall, their CEO, and key workplace attributes like career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture, and values.”
