SALT LAKE CITY — Tickets to the Orchestra at Temple Square and Temple Square Chorale’s spring concert will be available staring on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 10. a.m.

The spring concert titled "Mozart and Mendelssohn" will be March 17-18 at 7:30 p.m. in the Salt Lake Tabernacle. The chorale and orchestra will be led by Ryan Murphy, associate conductor of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and conductor of the Temple Square Chorale, according to a news release.

The concert will begin with a performance of Felix Mendelssohn's Overture in C major, Op. 101, performed by the orchestra. Following the overture, the chorale and orchestra will perform the Great Mass in C minor, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

The orchestra and the chorale were formed in 1999 as extensions of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir organization, according to the news release. The chorale serves as a training tool for future singers in the choir.
