Rosalind Shorty smiles after being given a rose during a Valentine's Day event hosted by Dress for Success Salt Lake City at the Salt Lake Main Library on Tuesday. The event offered complimentary hair cuts, makeup, care packages and clothing to women in need. Dress for Success is a global nonprofit organization that provides professional attire and other services for low-income women, to help support their search for a job.
