Looking to improve on a 1-1 home record, BYU women's tennis hosts Boise State on Saturday, Feb. 18, at 12 p.m. MST, at the BYU indoor tennis courts.

The Cougars (1-2, 0-0 WCC) look to bounce back against the Broncos after a tough 6-1 road loss at Denver last weekend. The two teams met last season in Boise with BYU earning a decisive 6-1 victory. Leading the way for the Cougars is senior Savannah Ware-Avina, who holds a 3-0 singles record in dual matches this season.

Boise State (5-1, 0-0 MWC) is off to a strong start this season with wins over Weber State, Portland, Seattle and Eastern Washington. The Bronco's most recent victory came in a 7-0 sweep against Idaho State last weekend.
