It has been an up and down season for many former Cougars playing basketball overseas. While some are putting up big numbers on top teams, others have suffered through injuries and varying amounts of playing time. There has also been a significant amount of turnover from former Cougars, as some have either left teams, had their team fold or been let go.

Here is a look at where former Cougars are playing around the world and how they have performed, so far.

Charles Abouo, Denain (France-ProB)

Abouo has been a steady contributor for Denain all season. One of his best recent showings came in a 72-68 loss to Poitiers, when he totaled 10 points on 50 percent shooting from the floor, including 3 for 5 from beyond the arc. He added four rebounds and a steal in 19 minutes.

In 18 games, he is averaging 8.8 points on 47.2 percent shooting from the floor, including 47.2 percent percent from 3-point range, with 3.5 rebounds in 18.8 minutes.

Agustin Ambrosino, Gandia (Spain-LEB Silver)

After struggling with his shot for much of the season, Ambrosino left Gandia for personal reasons, according to reports. In his last game before he departed, he went scoreless on 0 for 2 shooting in nine minutes.

On the season, he played in 18 games and averaged 7.8 points and 4.0 rebounds in 23 minutes.

Rashaun Broadus, Vechta (Germany-BBL)

Broadus had one of his best games since landing in Germany. In a 77-70 loss to Telekom Baskets, he totaled eight points on 4 for 10 shooting from the floor with five assists and a steal in 18 minutes.

In five games in Germany, he is averaging 5.6 points, 5.6 assists, 1.6 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 22.6 minutes.

Matt Carlino, Vanoli Cremona (Italy-Serie A)

Carlino has become a consistent contributor off the bench in the last few games. One of his best showings came in a 117-82 win over Auxilium Torino, when he finished with 12 points on 4 for 4 shooting from beyond the arc. He added six rebounds, four assists and a steal in 23 minutes.

In five games in Spain, he averaged 14.2 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.2 steals in 26 minutes.

In 10 games in Italy, he is averaging 7.0 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 18.3 minutes.

Brandon Davies, Monaco (France-ProA)

Davies is playing nice minutes for the top team in France and putting up solid numbers. His best recent showing came in an 81-57 win to Le Portel, when he totaled 16 points on 6 for 8 shooting from the floor and 4 for 7 from the foul line in 21 minutes.

In 12 French league games, he is averaging 9.7 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 19.8 minutes.

In seven Basketball Champions League games, he is averaging 7.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.6 steals in 19.6 minutes.

Jimmer Fredette, Shanghai Sharks (China-CBA)

After being held to below his average in back-to-back games, Fredette found his shooting stroke in a big win over the Tianjin Gold Lions. In the 11-point victory, he finished with 45 points on 18 for 33 shooting from the floor and 3 for 4 from the foul line. He added eight rebounds and five assists in 43 minutes.

On the season, he is averaging 36.4 points, 8.0 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.7 steals in 35 games.

Tyler Haws, Anwil (Poland-TBL)

Haws hasn't played a game since our last update, after he broke his cheekbone in training, according to reports. He is expected to be sidelined for at least a few more weeks.

In 16 games, he is averaging 9.9 points on 53.3 percent shooting from inside the arc and 90 percent from the free throw line. He also chips in with 2.1 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 21.6 minutes.

Jonathan Tavernari, Mens Sana (Italy-Serie A2)

Tavernari has put up big offensive numbers lately, as Mens Sana has won five of its last six games. One of his best outings came in a loss to Treviglio, when he recorded a team-best 17 points on 6 for 9 shooting from the floor, including 5 for 8 from beyond the arc. He added four rebounds, an assist and a steal in 20 minutes.

In 21 games, he is averaging 10.6 points and 4.2 rebounds in 28.2 minutes.
