The bill would prevent cities and counties from requiring multiple business licenses from food truck operators to set up shop in more than one spot, among other regulations.

• Rep. Becky Edwards, R-North Salt Lake, seeks to make voter registration a private record under Utah's Government Records Access and Management Act with HB348, unless the voter opts to make that information public.

• A bill from Rep. Joel Briscoe, D-Salt Lake City, is expected to address zoning as it relates to homeless resource centers with HB365, though details about the bill were not available Tuesday.
