DALLAS — The Utah Jazz saw their 4-game winning streak come to an end at the hands of the Dallas Mavericks by score of 112-105.

Even though Utah managed to build a 21-point lead in the third quarter without the services of injured starting guards George Hill Rodney Hill, Dallas came roaring back in the fourth quarter to tie the game at 100 and send it to regulation, thanks to a second chance jumper by Dirk Nowitzki with 2.8 seconds remaining.

Playing in overtime without Rudy Gobert, who had fouled out in the final minute of regulation, the Jazz were unable to slow down Harrison Barnes, who scored eight points in the extra period.

Numbers

• Joe Ingles finished with 16 points and made his first four 3-pointer attempts.

• Gobert registered a double-double with 15 points and 15 rebounds.

• His 36-point performance was his eighth game with 30 or more points, a new career high for Gordon Hayward.
