SALT LAKE CITY — Rocky Mountain Power Thursday introduced a new online map that provides information about large and small outages, including as small as a single customer. Information from the company's dispatch center will provide up-to-the-minute information about outages in Utah, Wyoming and Idaho.

Features include updates every 15 minutes and maps that chart all outages with a red dot, with larger outages depicted by larger dots. The online map will explain the cause of the disruption as soon as it is determined, the release stated. Information on power restoration will also be included on the new online resource.
