SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources' Outdoor Adventure Days will be held Friday and Saturday at the Lee Kay Public Shooting Range, 6000 West and 2100 South. Hours are noon to 7 p.m. Friday, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday.

Participants at the free event will be able to shoot firearms and bows and arrows, catch catfish in a fishing pond, ride an all-terrain vehicle, watch trained hunting dogs in action, and paddle a kayak.

More than 10 organizations have partnered with the division, Utah State Parks, Mule Deer Foundation and Sportsman's Warehouse to put the event together.
