10 Super Bowl commercials and teasers you can watch right now

SALT LAKE CITY — Not everyone watches the Super Bowl for the football.

A 2016 study from HuffPost/YouGov found that 26 percent of young Americans only watch the Super Bowl for the commercials, while 24 percent prefer to see the game.

The survey found that older Americans still prefer watching the big game itself.

Still, there’s a shift toward Americans enjoying commercials more than sport.

“Pro football is boring. I feel nothing for any of the teams,” said Sara Boboltz, a 26-year-old entertainment editor at The Huffington Post. “Super Bowl commercials, though, are essentially … insanely expensive mini-movies with ultra-heavy-handed product placement, and watching them is the one time per year that I willingly subject myself to television commercials. I don’t say this lightly: Super Bowl ads are not bad.”

Similarly, a 2016 study from the Burson-Marsteller Fan Experience found that plenty of Americans wish advertisers wouldn’t release their ads ahead of time, according to AdWeek.

“We found a lot of people who’d prefer to see the ads for the first time during the game,” Fan Experience chair Jason Teitler said. “They want the surprise factor.”

But if you are not one of those who wants to see their Super Bowl ads revealed during the big game, there are a handful of ads already online. Here are 11 Super Bowl commercials you’ll likely see on Sunday night.
