Help plant pinwheels for Child Abuse Prevention Month on March 31

TAYLORSVILLE — The Taylorsville Exchange Club is looking for volunteers to help plant a “pinwheel garden” in recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month, which is celebrated in April.

The pinwheels, the national symbol for child abuse prevention, will be planted outside City Hall, 2600 Taylorsville Blvd., on March 31 at 9 a.m.

Organizers hope the spinning toys, which will be on display through April, will remind the public of the need to protect children.
