How many more wake-up calls do parents need before they realize the damage of the internet and social media is so much worse than whether your child is connected or not?

Parents, please stop thinking this will never happen to you, and please stop using the excuse that your child needs a phone, just in case they need to call you and get in touch. I have realized that most parents are also hooked on social media. All the commercials on TV that warn people about the hazards of distracted driving, and yet people still cannot get off their phones while they drive.

Throughout recorded history, people have been taught that you can kill and get gain, life is cheap and money matters. So parents, ask yourself, what is the value of your child's life? You need to know what is going on. Wise parental involvement is indispensable and is getting to be a matter of life and death.

The greatest need in the world is wise mothers and exemplary fathers. Now is the time to heed the warnings and take action.
