SALT LAKE CITY — Patriotic programs, fireworks, car shows and concerts make up Fourth of July events in the Beehive State. Eighty-plus Utah locations will celebrate Independence Day 2019. Special guests include Keith Urban, Mark Owen, Hugh Panaro and Jennifer Taylor.
