The early signing period for college football begins Wednesday, and in the lead up to that event Utah State has been shoring up its 2022 recruiting class.
The latest move came Monday night, as Lehi offensive lineman Teague Andersen announced on Twitter that he has committed to the Aggies.
A three-star prospect, per 247 Sports — he is a two-star prospect according to Rivals — the 6-5, 285 pound Andersen chose the Aggies’ scholarship offer over those from Baylor, Indiana, Air Force and Army, among others.
Andersen was offered by USU on Sunday, following an official visit to Logan over the weekend.
As senior this past high school football season, Andersen played an integral role in the Pioneers’ run to the 5A state championship.
He is 21st player to commit to Utah State as part of the 2022 recruiting class and the seventh offensive lineman.
