It looks like Marvel’s “What If...?” will have a second season “What If...?” head writer AC Bradley told the Deseret News in an exclusive interview, and we already have some clues about what to expect in it.
What to expect from ‘What If...?’ Season 2
Bradley said there were a number of stories considered for the Marvel show, which explores MCU events in alternate timelines. Bradley said some stories that weren’t featured in Season 1 will be considered for Season 2.
- “Well, the good news is is that there is going to be a second season,” she said. “So there will be some of the ideas left on the table that will hopefully find new homes.”
Bradley told me that the writers of the show wanted to explore multiple characters in Season 1 and hoped to “spread around the love as much as humanly possible,” with different characters getting their own stories.
Confirmed so far: Agent Carter
Marvel producer Brad Winderbaum said Hayley Atwell will return as the voice of Captain Carter in the show’s second season, according to ScreenRant.
- “And we realized as we started developing the second season that Captain Carter was going to be the character who we would revisit in every season and continue that adventure,” Winderbaum told ComicBook.com. “Obviously, we’re telling a story on a giant multiversal canvas so you never really know who’s going to pop up where and when. It’s very much an anthology, but there’s always opportunity for fun connections to be made.
