“No Time to Die” — the new James Bond film due out later this year — has found the composer for its score.
What’s going on: Hans Zimmer will compose the score for “No Time to Die,” the upcoming James Bond flick, replacing previous composer Dan Romer, Deadline reports.
- The James Bond official Twitter account announced the decision.
- “No Time to Die” director Cary Joji Fukunaga said: “I’m beyond excited that Hans is scoring #NoTimeToDie. The music of Bond has always been iconic and I’ve already witnessed Hans adding his touch of genius to the Bond legacy.”
- Zimmer announced his role on Twitter, too.

More music: “No Time to Die” also tapped pop star Billie Eilish to perform the theme song for the upcoming film. Eilish announced the decision in a tweet Tuesday.
Release date: “No Time to Die” will release in the United States on April 10. It will hit internationally on April 2.
