At a time when many awards shows have gone virtual, this year’s CMA Awards will be held live — and there’s already quite a lineup of performers.

Stars like Miranda Lambert, Lady A, Luke Combs and more are set to take the stage at the Music City Center in Nashville for the event — and it will be the first time that so many of country music’s biggest stars have been in one room together since the COVID-19 pandemic began, according to Fox News.

Reba McEntire and Darius Rucker will be hosting this year’s CMA Awards, but will also perform together “for an emotional, groundbreaking tribute performance,” according to People magazine.

Other performers announced by the CMA include Gabby Barrett featuring Charlie Puth, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Rascal Flatts, and Thomas Rhett featuring McEntire, Hillary Scott and Chris Tomlin.

Two other country music awards shows — the ACM Awards and CMT Music Awards — were held virtually earlier this year, according to Billboard.

“Although the show will feel a bit more intimate this year, we look forward to hosting our nominated artists and their guests as we celebrate the best of country music in a fully safe and physically distant environment,” Country Music Association CEO Sarah Trahern said in a statement, according to Billboard. “It will be an honor to bring the biggest country stars in the world together — in one room — for the first time this year.”

Although the singers will perform live, there will not be a live audience at the event, according to Rolling Stone.

Lambert holds the most nominations at this year’s awards, with seven, while Combs has six nominations, according to People. Both are in the running for the Entertainer of the Year category, as is Carrie Underwood — marking the first time in 10 years that two women have been nominated for that category.

The CMA Awards will air on ABC on Nov. 11 at 6 p.m. MT.
