Want to feel old? “Avengers: Endgame” came out almost a year ago. And now clips showing the audience reaction to some of the film’s biggest scenes have dropped online.
What’s happening:
- Scott Gustin, who attended the Hollywood premiere for “Avengers: Endgame,” reshared several videos of audience reactions on Twitter Tuesday. The audience reactions originally dropped in July 2019 in a YouTube video.
- Gustin reshared some of the clips that show the biggest moments from “Avengers: Endgame” along with the original crowd reactions.
- Some show when Captain America finally started to wield Thor’s hammer. Or when the portals opened and all of the dead heroes made their return to the battle.
And then there was that epic finale moment when Iron Man snaps his fingers to eliminate Thanos. The sounds from the crowd are wild.
These clips led others to share other audience reaction videos to the film, like when Scarlet Witch and Thanos battled each other.
How fans react now
The clips have been circulating on social media all day, prompting fans to share their thoughts and memories about the final of the 22-film Infinity Saga.
But it was Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige who may have had the most meaningful reaction to the videos.
He said: “A nice reminder of what we were all doing together almost exactly 1 year ago. A nice reminder of what we will all be doing together someday again. #AvengersEndgame.”
